Hi my name is Cindy, thank you for taking the time to stop by my blog and checking it out. I decided to write this blog because one night my mom said to me "you are a real girl who has a lot to talk about, go share!" I am a 33 year old single gal trying to figure out this crazy life one day at a time. I own my condo (7 years) with 2 cats as roommates (no I am not the crazy cat lady), my town is pretty small (secrets and private life...what's that?), and I work as a full time executive assistant/office manager.
Over the last year I found out I have some food intolerances and have discovered my love of playing in the kitchen. Also, since starting my journey to a healthier life I have discovered I enjoy exercise.
